How To Install StripCeil?
 
How To Install StripCeil?
 
Step 1: Align Panel I of the Ceiling Panel Male Rib with its slot on the Ceiling Strip L-List. Secure it firmly with screws, ensuring both the panel and the female rib are tightly attached.
Step 2: Slot in Panel 2 next to Panel 1, making sure they align perfectly. Use screws to firmly attach Panel 2 to the female rib along its bottom edge.
Step 3: Repeat this process along the entire the end side of the Ceiling Strip L-List, ensuring each panel is securely attached and aligned. Check regularly for consistency and accuracy in the installation.
 
Oil Canning
 
Flat metal surfaces will display waviness commonly referred to as 'oil-canning'. This is caused by steel mill tolerances, variations in the substrate and roofing underlayments. Oil-canning is a characteristic, not a defect, of panels manufactured from light-gauge metal. Oil canning is not a cause for panel rejection.
 
SAFETY
When handing Strip Ceiling products, prioritize safety by wearing appropriate protective gear such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Always work cautiously, especially when on the roof, and wear smooth soft-soled shoes to prevent accidents.

CARE AND STORAGE
Carefully store the strips indoors whenever possible, or if outdoors, ensure they are covered, elevated, and positioned for proper water drainage to avoid corrosion. If the strips get wet, separate and allow them to dry completely before restacking.

HANDLING
Utilize heavy-duty gloves and proper lifting techniques dunng handling to prevent damage, and avoid dragging materials over rough surtaces. Regularly inspect stored strips for any damage or deviations trom storage guidelines, and promptly clean any residue to maintain appearance and quality. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of stored strips to prevent deformation.
