Saint-Gobain Gyproc FireLine

FireLine® board comprises of gypsum compound mixed with fiberglass and micro silica in the core, bounded in pink faced paper. It is universally used in Gyproc® wall partitioning systems, wall linings and ceiling systems to give increased fire protection. The qualities of the board allows high-performance fire rated systems to be developed for fire rating up to 2 hours.

Gyproc® emphasized on the importance of fire protection on Life Safety and Property Protection through hundreds of systems developed, tested and certified by local authorities.

CHARACTERISTICS

Gypsum plasterboard with fiberglass and micro silica in the core to improve the cohesive properties of the board at high temperatures.

RECOMMENDED USE

Universally used for walls and ceiling system that requires fire performance.

Provides up to 120 minutes fire resistance in accordance to BS 476 Part 22 (FireLine® in GypWall® system), using 15mm Fireline®
Non-combustible in accordance to BS 476: Part 4
Low fire propagation in accordance to BS 476: Part 6
Class 1 surface spread of flame in accordance to BS 476: Part 7
Classified as Class 0 material in accordance to local building regulation
Low flame spread index <25 in accordance to ASTM E84
